Limited to the United States, including PO Boxes, rural routes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

III. Order Processing Timelines

  1. Processing Cycle
    • Orders sorted and packaged within 1-2 business days after confirmation (postponed for weekends and legal holidays);
    • Military address orders automatically upgraded to DHL Express, requiring an additional 1 business day for processing.
  2. Logistics Tracking
    • Tracking numbers updated to order confirmation emails within 24 hours of shipping, viewable in real time via the [Order Tracking Page](link to be added);
    • Logistics updates for remote areas may be delayed by 12-24 hours—please allow for processing.

IV. Order Modification Rules

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Unshipped orders can be canceled at any time (must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation);
    • Shipped orders are ineligible for cancellation—please use the return/exchange process upon receipt.
  2. Address Changes
    • Delivery addresses can be modified within 12 hours of order placement (after which returns and re-orders are required);
    • Military address changes must include detailed APO/FPO/DPO codes to avoid delivery delays.

V. Exception Handling

  1. Delivery Delays
    • For orders not delivered within 3 business days of the estimated timeline, provide the order number to Support@ToolJewelry.shop for inquiry;
    • We will assist in following up on delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, traffic control) but assume no liability for compensation.
  2. Rejection & Return
    • Rejected items must be notified to customer service 24 hours before delivery, with return shipping fees borne by the buyer;
    • For returns due to non-receipt or incorrect addresses, reorder with a note "Reship from original return" to waive secondary shipping fees.
